Around 4,500m² are produced daily.

The basic product is transformed on fully automated production lines. In tandem with the cutting stage, the aluminium separator frames are assembled. They contain information on the composition, dimensions, references such as the manufacture date, etc. – i.e. all the information transmitted by the IT system.

Five production lines constitute the company’s most impressive equipment. While the functions of those five lines are identical in all respects, they each have different dimensions.

At the end of each line, every piece of glass is scanned, checked and placed on its horse to be stored in the warehouses.
